Additional notes:
If you have Amarra 2.1 installed, dont bother with the install routine, just replace your Amarra.app.
If it should be a clean install, you may need to copy the install package to another location before execution is possible.

Had to copy the mkpg file to the disk before installing, then it worked. 
Copied files and replaced and it appears to be cracked.
