Mr. Hat can be considered a tranquilizer for toddlers (also, it can be used as a depressant for adults). The gameplay is rather unplayable, since it's ridiculously easy. The game includes filling in the missing vowel of a three-letter word (plus, the item in question is animated in the upper right corner of the screen, with a voice telling you what that item is), matching pairs of similar creatures, counting animated creatures and a gyroscope-originated mini-game, relatively successfully ported (you're tasked to roll a colored ball to its rightful hole, but instead of tilting your PSP, you use the directional buttons or analog nub, with great response).
