The population soon begins to boom with resources limited. Within just a few months, the human race will cease to still be viable. C.I.A. agent Rex Matheson faces a race against time as he investigates a global conspiracy. He finds himself being drawn into the world of Torchwood and a threat that could change what it means to be human for good.
